In order to provide you with enhanced usage information for effective decision making, our item numbers will be updated when your pharmacy implements the new technology. You can access the new item numbers through the link below.  A few notes about the file:
 

1. The “legacy product code” is the old item number.  This legacy product code is printed on current invoices.
2. The “Material ID” is the new product code.  The new product code is a numeric field and will always be six digits.  The Material ID will print on the new invoices. 
3. As part of our new item number definition, where appropriate we do have a usage assigned to the product.  To identify a unique product item / usage combination you may consider using the combination of the “material id” and the “usage code”.
4. Both the material id and the usage code will print on invoices and be available in electronic invoices.
