Customer Service jobs

The Cardinal Health Customer Service Team works with hospitals and pharmacies (our customers) to solve problems. Representatives help customers locate products they need for their patients, resolve shipping errors and partner with our sales force to improve customer satisfaction.

Candidates who demonstrate the ability to problem solve, follow through on commitments and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should also possess a working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • System skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Advancement opportunities are available in the Customer Service Centers. Opportunities vary from Representative II & III levels, as well as Coordinator to Management positions. New hire classes primarily consist of Representative level I, and with hard work and efficiency, representatives are given the opportunity to advance from within.
