Essential to Wellness Grants are specifically designed to improve health and wellness in areas where Cardinal Health has a large employee presence. Non-profit organizations that are not located in Albuquerque, New Mexico; northern Illinois; Radcliff, Kentucky; and Little Rock, Arkansas should not apply for these grants.In addition to submitting an online application, all organizations requesting funding must complete the budget template worksheet located on this page.
